Implementation of the ERG VoIP Common Position
30.07.2010 | Draft decisionBy determination of 30 July 2010, ANACOM approved the public consultation document on the implementation of the Common Position taken by the European Regulators Group (ERG) on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and on conditions for use of geographic, nomadic and mobile numbers.
It was also decided to submit this document to the general consultation procedure, provided for in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Law, interested parties being entitled to assess the issue until 20 September 2010.
