By order of 6 August 2010 and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company A.T.C. Avant Telecom Consulting AG. authorising to provide nomadic use voice over Internet (VOIP) services.
VoIP - Voice over Internet Protocol: Voice over Internet Protocol - Consists of converting analogue voice packages into digital packages and making them travel on the Internet.
