Approval was given, on 25 February 2005, to ANACOM’s decision on the electronic communications service notified by NOVIS TELECOM, S. A., on 7 December 2004.
Also approved at the same time was the report prepared by ANACOM containing considerations on the questions raised by interested parties in the context of the proceedings of the prior hearing and the general proceeding of the consultation held following the deliberation of 10 December 2004, which approved the corresponding probable import of the decision.
