Retail market and wholesale markets of terminating and trunk segments of leased lines
28.09.2010 | Final decisionBy determination of 28 September 2010, and taking into consideration the comments received from the European Commission (EC) under the terms of article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC, ANACOM has given approval to the final decision on the definition of the product markets and geographic markets, assessment of SMP and the imposition, maintenance, alteration or suppression of regulatory obligations on the retail market and on the wholesale markets of terminating and trunk segments of leased lines (market 6 of Recommendation 2007/879/EC of 17 December 2007).
