T-DAB - Revocation of the right of use of frequencies held by RTP

By determination of 3 March 2011, ANACOM decided to approve a draft decision on the revocation of the act allocating the right of use of frequencies associated to the Terrestrial Digital Audio Broadcasting (T-DAB) service, and consequently, of license No. ICP-004/99-RPT granted to RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal.

This draft decision has been submitted to a prior hearing of RTP as well as to the general consultation procedure, with a period of 20 working days provided for both procedures. As such, comments must be received no later than 7 April 2011, and should preferably be sent by email to consulta.tdab@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.tdab@anacom.pt 1.

Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses received will be published on this website. As such, respondents should clearly mark any items considered confidential.
