By determination of 17 March 2011, ANACOM approved a draft Auctioning Regulation for allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450, 800, 900, 1800 MHz and 2,1 and 2,6 GHz bands.
This determination follows up a draft decision adopted on the same date, on the limitation of the number of rights of use to be allocated in the same bands, in the scope of which the auction was deemed to be the most appropriate procedure for granting these rights of use.
This draft Regulation was submitted to the regulatory procedure established in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes. Comments must be received no later than 2 May 2011, and should preferably be sent by email to regul-consulta-leilao-multifaixa@anacom.ptmailto:regul-consulta-leilao-multifaixa@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses received will be publicly disclosed; as such, interested parties should submit a version of their response from which all confidential information has been removed, to be published on this website.
