Mobile termination - Consultation on the development and implementation of a costing model


By determination of 18 March 2011, ANACOM decided to launch a consultation on the methodological definition for the development and implementation of a cost model for mobile termination. This consultation includes the report "Conceptual approach for mobile BU-LRIC model", prepared by the company Analysys Mason on the methodological options to be considered in the termination cost model to be developed by this Authority.

This document was submitted to the general consultation procedure established under Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February, whereby interested parties may comment on the principal methodological options of this cost model, the various aspects covered in the document and on others issues they deem relevant in the context of this consultation.

Comments must be received no later than 13 May 2011 and should preferably be sent by e-mail to consulta.mtr@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.mtr@anacom.pt 1.

In the context of this consultation, ANACOM will hold a briefing session, taking place on 13 April 2011, at 9:30am at the Hotel Mercure Lisboa (Avenida José Malhoa, 23). 

Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses received will be published. Interested parties should therefore indicate, in a clear and substantiated manner, any information which is confidential, submitting in this case, a non-confidential version for the purpose of publication on this website. Where no such indication is given, ANACOM will consider the contributions received as not being confidential for the purposes of publication.
