ANACOM approved, by determination of 7 April 2011, a draft decision on the revision of the calculation of the rate of cost of capital of PTC applicable to the years 2010 and 2011.
This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of the Administrative Proceeding Code, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for in the Electronic Communications Law for a period of thirty working days. The deadline for receipt of comments ends, as such, on 26 May 2011, which should be sent preferably by e-mail to consulta.ccapital @ anacom.ptmailto:consulta.ccapital@anacom.pt.
Upon conclusion of the consultation process, received responses will be disclosed. As such, interested parties should submit an expurgated version of the elements considered confidential for publication purposes on this website.
