By determination of 7 June 2011, ANACOM has approved the calculation of the amount of the costs of regulating the activity of supplier of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, under the terms of Law no.. 5/2004 of 10 February and Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, which amount, for this purpose, is 29 872 072 euros.
The value of such costs have been reduced by 1 654 091 euros compared to 2010, a fall of 5.2%.
It was likewise decided to contract services to conduct audits of suppliers of electronic communications networks which, in 2010, reported relevant revenues and more significant variations (over 2009 civil year).
