By determination of 26 of August of 2011, ANACOM approved a final decision on the revision for calculating the rate of cost of capital of PT Comunicações applicable to 2010 and 2011.
This decision was communicated to the European Commission (EC) and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), in accordance with paragraph 8 of article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC, of the European Parliament and of the Council, amended by Directive number 2009/140/EC.
This final decision is the result of the EC expressed opinion, on 16 August 2011, on the draft final decision notified, without comments.
