Under the terms of paragraph 5 of article 11 of Regulation no. 560-A/2011 of 19 October, which approved the regulation governing the auction to allocate rights of use of frequencies in the 450 MHz, 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz and 2.6 GHz bands, ANACOM has issued the following general clarifications, on the matters below:
- Paragraph 1 of article 13 of The Regulation;
- Point e) of paragraph 1 of article 13 of The Regulation;
- Point g) of paragraph 1 of article 13 of The Regulation;
- Articles 12 and 13 of The Regulation;
- Paragraph 4 of article 27 of The Regulation;
- Point b) of paragraph 4 and paragraph 5 of article 35 of The Regulation;
- Daily and public information on the auction;
- Communications of candidates and bidders with Management Board;
- Models of guarantee bonds to be provided under the terms of paragraph 10 of article 30 of The Regulation (bank guarantee and insurance bond).
