DTT - Clarification Sessions in Póvoa e Meadas, Castelo de Vide and Paredes de Coura

Under the partnership agreed between ANACOM and DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection), a "DTT Information" sessions will be held on 23 January 2012, at 4:00 pm in the Escola Básica 2,3 de Castelo de Vide, at 5:30 p.m in the Casa do Conhecimento de Paredes de Coura and 7.00 pm, in the Junta de Freguesia de Póvoa e Meadas in Castelo de Vide.

The sessions are directed at consumers, retailers and installers, and also at personnel from Municipal Councils, Parishes, regional authorities, private social solidarity institutions (IPSS).

DTT - Digital Terrestrial Television: Name given to the system of digital television broadcasting by herzian or terrestrial means, based on the DVB-T standard, which replaced the terrestrial analogue system.
