By determination of 2 February 2012 and for the purposes of the regime established under article 6 of Regulation no. 38/2004, published on 29 September (Procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of the TMDP - taxa municipal de direitos de passagem (municipal fee for rights of way), ANACOM has accepted the selection by VODAFONE PORTUGAL of the auditor Deloitte & Associados.

Municipal fee for rights of way (MFRW): Fees due for rights and charges related to the deployment of, passage within or crossing of systems, equipment and other resources of providers of publicly available electronic communications networks and services at a fixed location, of a public or private municipal domain.
