By determination of 2 February 2012 , ANACOM has accepted the selection by VODAFONE PORTUGAL of the auditor Deloitte & Associados for the purposes of the regime established under article 6 (audits) of Regulation no. 38/2004, published on 29 September (Procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of the TMDP - taxa municipal de direitos de passagem (municipal fee for rights of way).
