By determination of 16 February 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision, to be notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of other Member States of the European Union, on the procedures to be followed in the assessment of quality of service of regulated wholesale offers.
Under this draft decision PT Comunicações (PTC) is ordered to amend the various reference offers which specify deadlines to repair faults (RUO, LLRO, RELLO, Rede ADSL PT, WLRO), in accordance with various requirements and within a period not exceeding 30 working days subsequent to notification of ANACOM's final decision.
On this date, approval was likewise given to the report of the consultation to which the respective draft decision of 20 October 2011 was submitted.
