BEREC Regulators Council meeting - Vienna
The BEREC Regulators Council met last 23-24 February in Vienna, where all issues taken to the Contact Network meeting were presented. Highlights included the presentation of conclusions on cases involving Phase II of article 7 (three cases from Poland), review of the common positions that will begin with a public consultation on high level principles associated to non-discrimination, to be followed by a new consultation on specific topics, and the discussion of a document on roaming that will be forwarded to the Commission, Council and Parliament.
