Amendment to delegation of powers of ANACOM Management Board

By determination of 3 April 2012 and following the departure from office of José Ferrari Careto as member of the ANACOM Management Board, with effect from 30 March, approval was given to the redistribution of assignments previously under his charge and the respective delegation of powers, on the following terms:

  • José Amado da Silva (chairman) - Market Regulation Department (DRM);
     
  • Eduardo Cardadeiro (member of the board) - Spectrum Management Department (DGE).

This determination will be published in Diário da República (Official Gazette).
