Renewal of rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency band - consultation

By determination of 28 March 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision to renew the rights of use of frequencies allocated to Optimus in the 900 and 1800 MHz frequency band.

This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of Optimus and to the general consultation procedure, whereby interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to comment. As such comments are to be received no later than 30 April 2012 and should be sent by email to consulta.renovacao.optimus@anacom.pt 1.

Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
