Ar Telecom - transfer of rights of use of numbers

By determination of 4 May 2012 and as a final decision, ANACOM has authorised the transfer of rights of use of numbers held by Ar Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, S. A., to Ar Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, S. A., the name taken by SGC Ar Telecom - SGPS, S. A. following the merger of Ar Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, S. A. (Ar Telecom) and WTS – Redes e Serviços de Telecomunicações, S. A. (WTS),  without prejudice to the fulfilment of the condition of effective and efficient use of numbering.
