By determination of 11 May 2012, ANACOM has approved the draft decision on its revision of the calculation of the cost of capital rate of PT Comunicações applicable to the 2011 financial period.
This draft decision was submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to public consultation for a period of 30 days. As such, comments should be sent, no later than 26 June 2012, by email to consulta.ccapital@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.ccapital@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation procedure has been concluded, responses received will be published on this website. Therefore, respondents should also send a non-confidential version of their response for publication on this website, with any items considered confidential removed.
