ANACOM has decided to suspend, for a period of 10 working days, the use of five access codes to audiotext services in the "607" numbering range, as allocated to the following undertakings: André Garcia - Comunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., Horas Cheias - Comunicações Electrónicas, Lda., Linhagénio - Serviços de Telecomunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., Maria da Conceição Luiz Reis and Ora Telecom - High Tech, Lda.

This determination, adopted on 17 May 2012, follows a series of inspections conducted by ANACOM, in which various irregularities were detected in the provision of audiotext services by these providers. Failure to comply with the corrective measures stipulated will determine revocation of the respective registrations.

On the same date, ANACOM also determined instigation of proceedings against the audiotext providers mentioned above, as well as the company Especial Maravilha - Serviços de Telecomunicações, Unipessoal, Lda., in view of breaches of Decree-Law no. 177/99 of 21 May.
