11th meeting of BEREC's Board of Regulators and Management Committee - Dubrovnik
The 11th meeting of BEREC's Board of Regulators (BoR) and Management Committee (MC) was held last 24-25 May in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The following documents were approved for publication: the report on traffic management research; the report on competitive effects of investment in next generation networks (NGA); and the 2011 BEREC annual report on activities and developments in the electronic communications sector.
The proposed BEREC report on competition issues was presented for public consultation vis-à-vis net neutrality. Also regarding net neutrality, quality of service guidelines were presented, along with the BEREC report on "An Assessment of IP-Interconnection in the Context of NN".
