Summary:
The June 2012 edition of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports on the new ANACOM management board that took office on 28 May, and on the 60-day period ending this 24 July for licensed or authorised postal service providers (operational on 27 April 2012) to regularise postal qualifying documents by informing ANACOM of the postal services they provide.
Other highlights of this issue include the disclosure of first quarter 2012 statistics on fixed telephone service, postal services, internet access service, mobile services and subscription television.

Mobile Service: Communications service between non determined points.
Postal Service: Service consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items.
Telephone Service at a Fixed Location (FTS): In portuguese, Serviço Telefónico em Local Fixo (STF). Provision of direct voice transport to the general public in real time and at fixed locations, thereby allowing any user to communicate with another terminal point, through equipment connected to a terminal point in the network.
