By determination of 28 June 2012, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on new statistical indicators for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and broadband mobile services, to be submitted by service providers to this Authority on a quarterly basis.

The need to review these indicators stems from new requirements issued by international organizations to which ANACOM is subject, and also arises from the technological and commercial evolution seen since 2009.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties for a period of 20 working days under the terms of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
