The complaint form that is available on the website and Consumer Portal of ANACOM has more facilities as of today, July 17th, 2012.

The improvements in question are a result of the selection made from a number of suggestions of actual users of this electronic service:

  • Increase the capacity of the area for describing the complaint to 20,000 characters (letters and spaces). A counter of characters situated next to the said field can control this number.

  • Receive a copy of the form in the electronic mail. After submission of the form the user can specify an email address at which to receive a copy of the submitted form.

  • More time to write and prepare a complaint. The duration of each session has increased to 30 minutes. A warning appears on the display 5 minutes before, thereby preventing the inadvertent loss of the data already filled out.

This is another step that ANACOM takes in order to better serve the users of its web platforms, so as to meet their needs.
