The European Commission (EC), through the Directorate General for Health and Consumers, launched a website on 23 July 2012 providing essential advice to visitors travelling to London during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games.

The website offers useful tips on how to plan your trip and avoid mishaps, also providing information on accommodation, online purchasing and connections to services which assist visitors in solving problems.
