By determination of 30 August 2012, ANACOM approved the final decision on the revision of the calculation of PTC's cost of capital (PTC), applicable to 2011.
The respective draft decision was approved on 12 July 2012, and notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission stated its position without making comment.
The present final decision will now be notified to the EC and to BEREC.
