Amendment of the definition of bundles of services - Final Decision

By determination of 27 March 2014, ANACOM has approved a decision to amend the definition of "bundle of services" in the context of the quarterly questionnaire on electronic communications services at a fixed location and nomadic voice over Internet protocol (VoIP).

Under the terms of this decision, the term bundle of services means a commercial offer that includes two or more services sold as a single offer, at a single price and with a single bill, regardless of the breakdown of the components related to each service included in the bundle and subscribed to on terms not available other than as a bundle, either because the services are unavailable individually (in the case of pure bundling) or because the bundled offer entails specific conditions (in the case of mixed bundling).
