By determination of 4 July 2014, ANACOM has accepted the auditor, Baker Tilly, PG & Associados, SROC, selected by ARTELECOM - Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações for the purposes of the regime laid down in article 6 (audits) of Regulation no. 38/2004, published on 29 September (Regulation on procedures for collection and delivery to municipalities of the Taxa municipal de direitos de passagem (Municipal fee for rights of way)).
