The European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) held its 7th plenary meeting on 20 November in Bucharest. The meeting was chaired by Catalin Marinescu, president of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM).
At the meeting, approval was given to reports on the following subjects: best practices in the field of consumer protection; quality of service and complaint handling; experiences of the challenges when implementing a methodology for the net cost calculation based on a reference scenario; end-to-end competition and access in European postal markets; and activities report 2011-2013.
The plenary also adopted the ERGP's 2015 work programme, which is available for public consultation until 12 January 2015.
During the session, Veselin Bozhkov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), was elected as chairman of ERGP in 2016.
