By decision of 11 December 2014, ANACOM has approved publication of quality of service performance levels of the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO).
It was decided to make the RPAO subject to the information obligations set out in ANACOM Decision of 11 March 2009 on the publication of quality of service performance levels of wholesale offers.
In addition, PT Comunicações (PTC) was ordered to publish information on the second quarter of 2015 by the end of July 2015.
Approval was likewise given to the report of the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was submitted, as approved on 9 October 2014.
