Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) - Schipol

The first meeting of a subgroup of the Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) whose mission is to study some aspects related to secondary spectrum commerce, and which is preparing a public consultation on that subject, was held on 21 November in Schipol, the Netherlands.
