On 22 December, ANACOM approved the final decision on the identification of retransmitters and their dates of termination of emissions of the pilot phase, provided in the detailed plan of cessation of analogue terrestrial television emissions.
In this way, the cessation of these emissions shall occur in the following retransmitters and dates:
- Alenquer retransmitter - 12 May 2011
- Cacém retransmitter - 16 June 2011
- Nazaré retransmitter - 13 October 2011

By determination of 12 July, ANACOM decided to revoke the act of granting rights of use of frequencies associated with multiplexers B to F and, consequently, the five titles which substantiate the rights assigned to PT Comunicações, without forfeiture of the guarantee bond.

On June 24, 2010, ANACOM, in compliance with paragraph 2 of Resolution of the Council of Ministers, number. 26/2009, published on 17 March, approved to the final decision on the detailed plan for the cessation of terrestrial analogue transmissions (switch-off plan), which should occur according to the following schedule:
- 1st phase - 12 January 2012
- 2nd Phase - 22 March 2012
- 3rd Phase - 26 April 2012
