By decision of 16 April 2015, ANACOM has approved draft decisions on:
- The wholesale markets of voice call termination on individual mobile networks and definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations, and
- the mobile termination costing model - specification of the obligation to control prices.
These draft decisions were submitted to prior hearings of interested parties, in accordance with the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and the general consultation procedure laid down in article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law). Respondents are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment. Submissions to the public consultation must therefore be received no later than 18 May 2015 and should be sent by email to terminacoesmoveis@anacom.ptmailto:terminacoesmoveis@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses, excluding any items considered confidential.
