The January 2016 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin includes articles about the centralised information system and the satisfaction survey regarding ANACOM’s website, and also about ANACOM decisions concerning CTT’s cost accounting system, the identification of entities required to contribute to the universal service compensation fund, MEO’s cost-of-capital rate and results of the audit of net costs of universal service.
Other highlights include a report that the procedure of drawing up a regulation to operate the radio data transmission system (RDS system) has begun, along with the evaluation of non-ionising radiation up to the end of 2015 and the trend for ported numbers in that same year.
