By order adopted on 12 April 2016, ANACOM determined that, as from 1 July 2016, the price ceiling for voice call termination on individual mobile networks, to be applied by mobile operators notified with significant market power, is 0.81 cents per minute, on the basis of per-second billing.
This update takes place in the framework established in the determinationhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1363331 of 6 August 2015, which approved the specification of the price control obligation in wholesale markets for voice call termination on individual mobile networks.
