Final Acts of the Universal Postal Union XXII Congress (1999)

In this Congress the Sixth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union was approved and amendments were made to the General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union, to the Internal Regulations of the Congresses, to the Universal Postal Convention and to the Agreement relating to the Payment Services by Mail.  These Final Acts were approved and ratified by the Decree of the President of the Republic no. 26-A/2004 and by the Resolution of the Assembly of the Republic no. 36-A/2004, both published in the I Series-A of the Diário da República (Official Gazette), of 11 May.
