A draft decision related to changes in prices of certain services provided within the scope of the PT Comunicações, S.A. Reference Offer for Local Loop Unbundling (RUO 2001) was approved on November 22nd. Under the terms of Article 101, numbers 1 and 3 of the Administrative Procedure Code the interested parties have a 10 day period in which they may make a written statement, having been duly notified for this purpose.
