By determination of 15 February 2001, and pursuant to article 6 of Decree-Law no. 458/99, of 5 November, it was decided as follows:

1. PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC) shall include data of clients of providers of fixed telephone service besides PT and of mobile telephone services in the enquiry services.

2. PTC shall commence the proceedings conducive to the preparation, publication and provision of telephone directories which include the clients of providers of fixed telephone service besides PTC and of mobile telephone services.

3. ANACOM shall re-evaluate the need for the definition of rules for setting the possible maximum prices applicable within the scope of the service under consideration, possible by means of an audit, which shall not prevent the compliance with the afore-mentioned resolutions (paragraphs 1 and 2).
