Extinction of the approval procedures related to draft subscription agreements

By determination of 14 November 2002, the approval procedures related to draft subscription agreements were declared extinguished due to desertion, pursuant to Article 111 of the Rules of Administrative Procedure, for fixed telephone service provision and for public use telecommunications services provision (Decree-Law no. 474/99, of November 8, and Decree-Law no. 381-A/97, of December 30, respectively), since the corresponding dossiers are stopped for more than 6 months for a reason ascribable to the claimant companies: Interoute - Comunicações Digitais, S.A. (fixed telephone service), HLC - Telecomunicações e Multimédia, S.A. (fixed telephone service), Vodafone Telecel, S.A. (mobile telephone service), Eastécnica IV - Redes de Comunicações, S.A. (fixed telephone and data transfer services and Internet access service to broad access customers), Novis Telecom, S.A. (internet services, Novis voice communication services via indirect access, voice communications and/or internet services via direct access, corporate free number service and business free number service,  Comunicações Aviron, Lda. (call routing service at the lowest cost) and Sonet, Lda. (Internet access service).
