By the decision of 25 February 2005, approval was given to the report on the proceedings of the prior hearing and on the general proceeding of the consultation held following the deliberation of ANACOM’s Board of Directors on 10 December 2004 and the decision concerning the electronic communications service notified by NOVIS TELECOM, S.A. on 7 December 2004.
