Extension of the time-limit - Novis offer of 7.12.2004

By determination of 21 December 2004, the 28th of December was set as the deadline for the prior hearing of NOVIS and OPTIMUS, pursuant to articles 100 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Procedure, and to the general consultation procedure, pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 20 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, regarding the draft decision as to the offer of Novis of 7.12.2004, adopted on 10 December 2004.
