RUO - Dispute between PTC and Tele2 on power consumption
16.04.2008 | Final decisionBy determination of 16 April 2008, approval has been given to the final decision on the administrative settlement of a dispute between PT Comunicações, S.A. (PTC) and Telemilénio - Telecomunicações, sociedade unipessoal, Lda. (Tele2) concerning the failure to pay power consumption bills in the scope of the reference unbundling offer (RUO).
This decision, which approved the report on the prior hearing to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, on 31 October 2007, determines as follows: to reject PTC's application for dispute settlement, on account of the expiry of the time-limit established by law to request ANACOM's intervention; to clarify point 4.2.3, b) of Annex 14 of the RUO.
