Declaration of Entities with Significant Market Power

On 2 March 2000, upon the decision of ICP's Board of Directors, entities with significant market power were declared for the purposes of the Regulations for the Exploitation of the Fixed Telephone Service (Decree-Law no. 474/99 of 8 November) and the Regulations for the Exploitation of Public Telecommunication Networks (Decree-Law no. 290-A/99 of 30 July).
