Draft E112 Regulation
15.10.2008By determination of 15 October 2008, approval was given to a draft E112 Regulation - Provision of caller location information for all calls to the single European emergency call number 112 - and respective statement of reasons.
This draft Regulation is subject to the regulatory procedure provided for in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as to the general consultation procedure established in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), a period of 30 working days having been set for comments in the context of both procedures.
