ANACOM has released the 2008 edition, in electronic format, of the Communications Sector in Portugal Yearbook (electronic communications and postal services).
In addition to an overview of the evolution of the communications sector and the part it played in the Portuguese economy between 2003 and 2007, the Yearbook presents data on the stock market performance of the companies of the sector in Portugal over the period between July 2007 and June 2008, and further information on the authorised companies which were operational as of 30 June 2008.
By making information available on the sector, ANACOM intends to provide the various market players with solid data which enables those who invest, manage and use electronic communications and postal services to make informed decisions based on current data.
