Summary:
Highlights of this November's edition of the Spectru monthly bulletin include news about the recently released report evaluating the quality of text message (sms) and multimedia message (MMS) services, the new price table for universal telephone service and the launch of three public consultations - on revision of the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP), modification of the Portability Regulation and the draft E112 Regulation.
The bulletin also contains information on the evolution of ported numbers and the number of unbundled accesses, disclosure of the draft decision concerning the publication of quality levels for the wholesale services provided by the PT Group, and results of the latest electronic communications consumption surveys, referring to December 2007.
