By determination of 26 December 2002, a draft decision related to the changes to be introduced in PT Comunicações, S.A.'s Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO) was approved.

Interested parties were informed of this draft decision in order to make a written statement till 20th January under the terms of Article 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
