ANACOM has reported that it has received a total of 2193 requests up to the end of the first half of 2022 regarding non-ionising radiation and requiring analysis of specific situations. ANACOM has concluded 2175 processes (involving 258 educational establishments), many following on-site measurements.
The results of these analyses indicate values which are at least 50 times lower than the reference density level established in Administrative Rule no. 1421/2004, of 23 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=978247. In total, 70 situations were found where there was no guarantee of compliance with the limit of 50 times below the reference level; however in all cases compliance with the actual reference level was guaranteed. The conclusions of these analyses have been notified to the persons requesting the respective assessments.
