Interconnection conditions associated with the services provided by Vodafone in the numbering range 9 – determination of 6.2.2003
By determination of February 6, 2003, and considering namely the request for clarification from Vodafone Telecel in relation to the interconnection conditions with PT Communications for the traffic destined to the services provided in the numbering range 91.1.xxxxxx, a decision was made to clarify that the conditions related to national fixed-to-mobile interconnection established by determinations of August 3, 2000 and of January, 24 2002, should be applied to all national traffic originated in fixed terminals and destined to the numbering range 9 of Vodafone Telecel.
Therefore, for all traffic destined to the numbering range 9, the fixed telephone service provider defines the retail price (which corresponds to the price of fixed-to-mobile traffic), remunerating Vodafone Telecel in accordance with the call termination price in Vodafone Telecel network, defined in the above mentioned determinations.
